These terms cover your use of certdr, the certification study site at certdr.com and cert.bmtnfriday.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Questions go to feedback@certdr.com.
What certdr is
certdr offers original practice questions, mock exams, progress tracking, and a connection for your own AI assistant to help you prepare for IT certification exams. Our questions are written by us to match each exam's published objectives. They are not real exam questions.
certdr is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, CompTIA, Cisco, or any other certification vendor. Their names and exam titles are used only to describe what each course prepares you for, and remain their owners' trademarks.
Memberships
- Memberships are sold through Gumroad, which handles payment, renewal, and cancellation under its own terms. A membership is a yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, and may start with a free trial.
- You can cancel at any time in Gumroad. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for (or the end of your trial).
- If a payment fails, a membership is refunded, or a payment is disputed, access ends.
- For a refund request, email us.
Bring your own AI
certdr is priced on the basis that you connect your own AI assistant to it. You need your own account with a compatible AI assistant, and any cost of that assistant is yours. AI assistants can make mistakes; check anything important against the official exam objectives and vendor documentation.
Your account
- One account per person. Keep your login and AI access tokens to yourself.
- Don't share your account, resell access, or copy, scrape, or redistribute the questions.
- Don't try to break, overload, or get around the site's security.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
No guarantee of passing
We work to keep the courses accurate and current, but exams change and we can't guarantee you will pass any exam. If you find a mistake, please tell us on the Feedback page.
The service "as is"
certdr is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for your membership in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and email you about significant changes. If you keep using certdr after a change, the new terms apply.
